Anthony S. Bocchi is a trial and appellate lawyer who has substantial experience in business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts and before a variety of arbitral forums, including the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and FINRA.
Anthony has litigated claims from start to conclusion, including appeals, in matters involving business divorce, partnership and membership disputes in a wide variety of industries. He has also prosecuted and defended claims involving fiduciary duty and other business tort claims, real estate litigation matters, including quiet title claims, easement rights, land use litigation, development rights, and leasehold matters. Anthony also has a background and trial experience in a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower, wage claims before state and federal courts and government enforcement agencies.
Anthony serves as the Borough Attorney for the Borough of Little Ferry and, in this capacity, has, amongst other things, overseen and implemented significant real estate development growth within the Borough. Anthony also serves as the Borough Solicitor for the Borough of Stone Harbor.
Anthony clerked for the Honorable Jonathan N. Harris, J.S.C., and prior to founding Bocchi Law, was previously an equity partner in a New York based regional law firm. Anthony has substantial experience working at national and regional litigation law firms and regularly litigates against such firms.
Anthony hails from Fort Lee, New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers College and Seton Hall Law School. He is a member of both the New Jersey and New York bars, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mark A. Fantin is an accomplished Partner at Bocchi Law where he
leverages two decades of experience as a business counselor and trial attorney. Mark's practice focuses on business transactions and commercial litigation, including all aspects of commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, franchise and license agreements, employment law, and all other business related matters. Mark also serves as outside general counsel to a number of small to mid-sized businesses assisting them with their day-to-day needs.
Mark graduated from Rutgers College and New York Law School, and he clerked for the Honorable Daniel P. Mecca, P.J.S.C.
Mark is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York; the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Circuits; the District of New Jersey (D.N.J.), Southern District of New York (S.D.N.Y.), Eastern District of New York (E.D.N.Y.), and Northern District of New York (N.D.N.Y.); the United States Tax Court; the United States Court of International Trade; and the United States Supreme Court. Mark has also been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve on the District X Fee Arbitration Committee.

Ryan is an Associate attorney with Bocchi Law. He has worked on litigation matters before the Superior Court of New Jersey and in the federal courts, including matters involving breach of contract, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation matters involving the disposition of real property and leasehold interests, and employment law matters. Ryan has considerable experience managing and overseeing large-scale document productions, including significant experience with ESI.
Ryan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and Rutgers Law School. He is admitted to the New Jersey bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
